Goose liver mousse with our own sour dough crisp bread

Roast goose from Munka Ljungby with blackcurrant jelly, spicy red cabbage, roasted Brussels sprouts, cinnamon-roasted apples, prunes, fried sugar-salted potatoes and goose gravy
