Premiere in Sweden
For the first time, Verdensballetten takes the leap to the other side of the strait with a unique open-air performance. Famous ballet dancers from world renowned companies, usually only seen on major international stages, perform together in front of the castle. Opera star Hannah Holgersson and internationally famous musicians accompany the dancers.
Tenor and conferancier Jens-Christian Wandt guides us through this rare artistic experience, making sure that everyone – beginners as well as experts – can follow along.

Food & drink
Don’t go hungry to the show! There are several choices to eat in Bosjökloster's castle and park environment. You can pre-book either the ‘Ballet menu’, a Swedish-style tapas picnic or a guided tour with Champagne. Or drop in to the Garden Café.

Listen to stories from Bosjökloster’s 900-year history and enjoy a glas of champagne in the castle’s Stone Hall.

A booking fee is added when booking tickets and menus. Please note that the menu prices do not include a ticket to the World Ballet's performance.
Garden Café and outdoor bar
Drop by our indoor and outdoor serving area at the Garden Café for something good to eat and drink before the performance. No bookings.
When: from 4:30 pm
The outdoor bar opens at 5:30 pm.
Important information before the show
Bosjökloster opens the area at 4:30 pm for guests to the World Ballet. You can either show your ticket printed or on the phone.
Ticket prices and pre-ordered menus are in Danish kroner. Offers paid on site are paid in Swedish kronor. We accept cash, cards and Swish.
You are welcome to bring your own picnic basket to eat in the castle park.
Parking is free. Parking for the disabled is available near the entrance.
Disabled persons who are in need of escorts pay full entrance fee; escorts are allowed free entry. Please bring your escort certificate and contact the Ticket Center on: +45 70 20 20 96 to reserve an escort ticket.
Opera star Hannah Holgersson is coming to her hometown for the World Ballet premier at Bosjökloster.
Hannah has established herself as one of Sweden’s most versatile singers, with a repertoire that extends from baroque music by way of opera to the most recent avant-garde music. Hannah studied at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, Sweden, receiving diplomas in voice performance and pedagogy.
