Welcome to Bosjökloster’s atmospheric Christmas market in historic castle surroundings
Enjoy the concerts in the church, Christmas food in the Garden Café and Stable Restaurant, children’s activities and visit around 75 exhibitors for local, eco-friendly Christmas shopping.
Handicraft and locally produced food in the castle, vaults and stables
Skilled craftsmen sell their hand-made candles, brushes, baskets, pottery, jewelry, knitwear, home decorations, straw figures, sheep skin clothes, all kinds of christmas decorations and much, much more. Small-scale, local food producers offer delicacies for the Christmas table, such as cheeses, meat and sausages, herring and salmon, jams, honey, bread and homemade candies.
Christmas Boutique in the Castle
The Boutique offers a collection of high-quality gifts such as exclusively made clothing in natural materials and interior decorative items, new and antique.
Café & Restaurant Bosjökloster
The restaurant will make sure you won’t go hungry! Choose between the Christmas buffet, various soups, or try some traditional Swedish "glögg" with our home-made Christmas cakes and cookies.
The Christmas market menus will be posted here during the Autumn. If you are visiting with a group of 20+ persons, welcome to contact us for group offers.
Programme
Listen to Christmas concerts in the church, go for a horse-and-wagon ride and a gift hunt in the park with your children.
Music in the church (preliminary schedule):
Friday and Saturday 12 p.m. & 2 p.m.
Sunday service at 11 a.m. and music at 2 p.m.
